Central Java Baratas Washed

A great fully washed offering from one of our key partner villages.

This coffee is produced in the Banjarnegara region of Central Java by a conglomerate of farmer co-ops from multiple villages which do most of their wet processing at a central location. A group of farmers decided only in the last ten years to introduce Arabica to their villages, and they are quickly ramping up their quantity and quality, while adding new villages and farmers to the endeavor.
