Sulawesi Toraja Sapan Wet Hulled
This wet-hulled Typica comes from a partner of ours in the famed Toraja region, which was brought to international prominence in coffee by some heavy Japanese capital investment and quality control, and is now one of the few well-known Indonesian origins outside Sumatra.
Our partner there says that most people were mixing Toraja Sapan with other origins in the area this year, like Pulu-Pulu or Mamasa. This lot is pure Toraja Sapan, all collected from smallholders in the Sapan area.
